    • including h6, h7, and h8 tolerance classes, depending on application and engineering requirements.
  • Surface Finish: Produced through centerless grinding to achieve a smooth, consistent surface finish with Ra ≤ 0.2–0.8 μm, improving dimensional accuracy and machining performance. .
  • Straightness: Manufactured with excellent bar straightness and minimal runout, making these precision ground bars ideal for shafts, linear motion systems, bearings, and CNC-machined components.
  • Hardness & Strength: Mechanical properties vary by stainless steel grade and heat treatment, providing the strength, hardness, toughness, and wear resistance required for demanding industrial and precision engineering applications.

Manufacturing Process:

  • Cold Drawing: Stainless steel bars are cold drawn to achieve near-net dimensions, improved mechanical properties, and a consistent diameter before precision grinding.
  • Centerless Grinding: Precision centerless grinding refines the bar diameter, achieves tight dimensional tolerances, improves straightness, and produces a superior surface finish.
  • Polishing: Precision polishing enhances surface finish, reduces friction, improves corrosion resistance, and delivers the appearance required for demanding applications.
  • Inspection & Testing: Every precision ground stainless steel bar undergoes dimensional inspection and quality testing to verify diameter tolerances, straightness, surface finish, and mechanical properties before shipment.

Applications:

  • Shafts & Bearings: Ideal for precision shafts, bearing assemblies, and high-accuracy rotary motion applications.
  • Linear Motion Components: Used for linear shafts, guide rails, pistons, actuators, and motion control systems.
